Company History
Brian D. Fears

were as follows: family education programs, parenting education programs,
writing of behavioural management programs for facilities housing clients with
developmental disabilities, providing aggression management training for staff
in facilities with clients having behavioural problems, conducting seminars for
working with the elderly or people with disabilities, conducting pre- survey

In 1996, the agency began
offering psychotherapy services under the supervision of Kathleen Menocal. Our
focus was marriage and family therapy; however, our main clientele were children
and adolescents. We also began an intensive in- home counseling program for
families identified to have need for such service. We continued offering
seminars in parenting becoming more specific in the type of parenting programs
offered. We offered a group in parenting young children, parenting adolescents,
and parenting trouble teens. We also began marriage enrichment training classes
at that time.
In 1999, the agency became
a state certified mental health clinic offering counseling and therapy, group
therapy, mentoring services, school evaluations and tutorial services in
addition to the services previously listed.
