When his cause succeeds however, the TIMID join him, For then it cost NOTHING to be a Patriot." - Mark Twain Family Education Advocacy and Reunification Service Center is an association of parents, family members, children, mothers, fathers, grandparents and professionals wanting to advocate for the rights of families when dealing in the legal system, educational system and with departments of Health and Human Services. Our Mission "If you will not fight for right when you can easily win without bloodshed; if you will not fight when your victory will be sure and not too costly; you may come to the moment when you will have to fight with all odds against you and only a precarious chance of survival. There may be even a worse fate. You may have to fight when there is no hope of victory, because it is better to perish than to live as slaves." – Winston Churchill Family Education Advocacy and Reunification Service Center exists to ensure the appropriate treatment of American citizens when governmental agencies act manipulative, intimidate and abuse their power in the lives of American Families. "They that can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety." - Benjamin Franklin Family Education Advocacy and Reunification Service Center exists to ensure that when the Civil Rights awarded to all American citizens, by the founding fathers are denied; when false allegations, malicious prosecution, and abuses of power by DHHS workers with the presumption that they know what is "In the best interest of the children"; when the behaviours and decisions of CPS Social Workers, law enforcement officers, and judges violate the heart of freedom, which is awarded in the Constitution and Bill of Rights, and are left unquestioned; when the people hired and elected to up hold and protect the laws of this land are given immunity and are not held accountable for decisions and at times deliberate wrong-doing and corruption, American citizens have a place to go to fight for their Rights. Family Education Advocacy and Reunification Service Center exists to ensure the rights, guaranteed by law and the Constitution. Our nation was founded on the idea that all humans have the right to make choices. These choices extend to, but are not limited to the relationships we engage in such as associations and marriage. Within these contexts it is our right to give birth to and raise children; instilling in them our own belief and values without imposition from governmental agencies. This includes our right to manage and monitor our children's religion, education, health, discipline and direction toward and encouragement of social values. "Government is not reason. Government is not eloquence. It is force. And, like fire, it is a dangerous servant and a fearful master." – George Washington Family Education Advocacy and Reunification Service Center exist to ensure governmental agencies act in a lawful manner and within Constitutional constraints, fully accountable to the citizenry so that all parties can expect to receive fair, prompt, equitable, and objective treatment. “The tree of Liberty must be watered periodically with the blood of Tyrants and Patriots alike." - Thomas Jefferson Family Education Advocacy and Reunification Service Center has, in agreement with our founding fathers and early patriots, decided to demand and fight for the liberties, and constitutional rights given by our Creator and our Founding Fathers. We believe that we have the right to “water the tree of liberty”. This may mean opposing in the courts, at the polls, or on the streets in order to maintain our liberties.
